  • push basics

    Learn it, ride it, love it. Perfect for first-timers, beginners or anyone who wants a refresher.

    This 30-minute session starts with 15 minutes of bike setup, clipping in, and mastering proper form. Then we roll into 15 minutes on the bike, covering the basic moves, choreography, and concepts you’ll use in every ride. Simple, supportive, and confidence-boosting, you’ll leave ready to crush your next class!

  • Gentle PUSH

    The Next Step. This 25-minute gentle ride is perfect for beginners or anyone kickstarting their fitness journey.

    Easy climbs, quick sprints, and simple choreography put into practice. Designed to help you build confidence and find your rhythm on the bike, this class focuses on form, control, and having fun while you move to the music. It’s the perfect bridge after PUSH Basics — short, supportive, and guaranteed to leave you feeling accomplished and ready for more.

  • Push 30

    The 30-minute rhythm based ride designed for intermediate riders. Start here, keep it simple, and make it count.

    This class features simpler choreography, climbs, and sprints that build confidence and strength. It’s easy to follow, full of energy, and guaranteed to get you sweating — the perfect way to boost your mood and feel great in just 30 minutes!

  • PUSH 40

    The EXPRESS ride. Maximize your time in this high-intensity, rhythm-based class designed for experienced riders.

    This ride delivers a powerful full-body workout with choreography, arms, cardio, and lower body strength tracks that keep you moving to the beat. It’s efficient, energetic, and packed with challenges and music that drives you to go harder. Every minute counts — and you’ll feel it.

    This class is not available for first time riders or drop-ins.

    The full 50-minute PUSH experience. Our classic rhythm ride, designed for experienced riders.

    This class brings high intensity, choreography, and rhythm riding that keeps you moving to the beat of the music. This ride delivers a powerful full-body workout, combining arms, cardio, and lower body strength tracks that challenge and inspire. Packed with energy and driven by the hottest playlists, this ride is built to leave you feeling unstoppable.

  • ROAD RIDE

    No choreography. No BS. 30 & 60 minutes. Designed to meet you at your level.

    This ride is all about raw performance, designed to mimic the cycling experience on the road. It’s simple, challenging, and effective. PUSH through steady efforts, powerful intervals, steep climbs, and max speed — all while staying focused on form, control, and endurance. Whether you’re here to push your limits or build consistency, this class meets you where you’re at. You choose your intensity, we’ll guide the ride.

  • Ride Lab

    Master your form, maximize your power.

    An hour-long educational ride designed to help you become a stronger, more confident, and more efficient rider. Focus on proper form, smooth transitions, and building strength from the basics—while learning how to flow through choreography with control and come out of the saddle safely and effectively for your PUSH. With light one-on-one guidance throughout, you’ll fine-tune your technique, build confidence, and learn how to ride smarter and more efficiently.

  • PUSH party

    Private group bookings available for any occasion!

    Make it unforgettable with a private ride, PUSH style. Whether it’s a bachelorette, birthday, team outing, or just an excuse to sweat it out with friends, a PUSH Party brings the music, energy, and vibes tailored just for you. Gather a crew of at least 8 riders, and we’ll handle the rest.

  • Themed rides

    A different theme, playlist, and energy every ride.

    Check the schedule every week, we turn up the fun with a brand-new themed ride led by rotating instructors. From country hoedowns to 2000s throwbacks, 80’s comebacks, and everything in between, no two rides are ever the same. Class length varies — the vibe never does.

    Once a month, we ride for a cause.

    Each Charity Ride. 100% of proceeds from the ride are donated directly to the featured charity — giving back to the community, one PUSH at a time.
