What to expect at push.

If you’re new to rhythm cycling, don’t be nervous—we’ve got you covered! Here’s everything you need to know before your first ride. You’ll be in a room with 16 other riders, all ready to move together, led by a motivating, high-energy instructor who’s there to take you on the ride of your life. The music will move you, the energy will lift you, and you’ll be guided every step of the way. That said, there are a few things we expect you to know on your end—so here’s the scoop..

  • Yes, of course! You can change your booking anytime through the app before the 6-hour cancellation window with no penalty.

    • 5 or 10 PUSH PASS - your credit will return to your account for future use.

    • 1 PUSH PASS (single drop-in) - the credit will be returned to your account (not your original payment method) and must be used within 30 days.

    • First Ride Free Pass - the credit will also return to your account and must be used within 30 days.

  • Yes, it matters—please don’t do this lol. We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy:

    • Members: $15 late cancel fee / $20 no-show fee (automatic)

    • Package holders, drop-ins, and First Ride Free: late cancel or no-show = loss of pass

    • And one more thing — you’ve gotta cancel yourself through the booking system… emails, DMs, or smoke signals don’t count!

We’re not here to punish you—we just want to build a community around commitment and dedication. If you’re not sure you can make it, we suggest booking your class last-minute instead.

    • NO! First-time riders must arrive 15 minutes early. This gives us time to meet you and set you up on your bike so you’re ready to roll when class starts.

    • Doors close 5 minutes before class—late entry not permitted, no-show fees apply. Plan your arrival in advance so you don’t miss the ride.

    • Every ride includes indoor cycling shoes—specialized footwear that clips into the pedals to give you more power, stability, and control. Don’t worry, we’ll show you exactly how it works before your ride.

    • Got your own cycling shoes? As long as they are clean, bring ’em along! Our bikes are SPD cleat–compatible, so you’ll clip in and be ready to ride

    • Nervous about clipping in and out? Don’t worry — here’s a quick tutorial to help.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwDoibFDazY

  • Our waitlist is automatic. If you add yourself to the waitlist, the expectation is that you are planning to ride.

    • The first person on the waitlist will automatically be added into class if a spot opens up to 2 hours before class time

    • Our 6-hour cancellation policy still applies once you are added

    • Please do not join the waitlist unless you are ready to attend (including early morning classes)

After the 2-hour window, if a spot opens:

    • Everyone on the waitlist will receive an email

    • Spots can then be claimed manually on a first-come, first-served basis

Keep an eye on your inbox—spots go fast!

    • Our schedule is always open one week in advance, so you can book your rides up to a week ahead. Secure your spot early and lock in your seat on the bike!

    • PERK: Monthly Unlimited Members receive 24-hour early access to the schedule

    • The studio has curtained-off change areas with benches and a mirror—perfect for a quick pre-ride outfit swap

    • We welcome riders ages 14 and up—let’s get those future spin stars rolling!

    • Riders 14–15 years old must have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver and ride alongside them in class.

    • Riders 16–17 years old need a parent or guardian signature on the waiver but can ride independently (we love the independence energy).

    • Please note: if we can’t safely set your child up on the bike—meaning they can’t reach the pedals or there are any safety concerns—they won’t be able to ride. Safety first, always!

    • We’re located at the back of Mane St. Co. Park in the Brock/Albert parking lot—you’ll get 2 hours of free parking there. Look for our sign and entrance (you can’t miss it!).

    • Please be aware that access to the studio requires going down one flight of stairs.

    • Our classes are rhythm-based and include loud music (earplugs are available upon request).

    • Lighting in the studio is kept low and may include occasional flashing effects—please take this into consideration when booking your ride.
