At PUSH, we have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class, it must be done through the booking system at least 6 hours before the class start time to avoid penalties. Cancellations cannot be made through email, phone, or social media messages.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of class—or failure to attend a booked class—will result in the following:

• Members: A $15 late cancellation/no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account.

• Package holders: You will lose one class from your package.

• Drop-ins: Your pass will be forfeited and non-refundable.

For first-time riders, a late cancel or no-show will forfeit your free first ride.

These policies are not meant to be punitive, but to create a culture of commitment, consistency, and respect for both the studio and fellow riders. If you’re unsure whether you can make it to class, we suggest waiting to book until you’re confident you can attend.
