At PUSH, we have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class, this must be done through the booking system at least 6 hours before the start time to avoid penalties. Cancellations cannot be made through email, phone, or social media messages.

Cancellations made within 6 hours of class—or failing to show up for a booked class—will result in a $15 late cancellation/no-show fee for all riders.

These policies are not meant to be punitive, but to create a culture of commitment, consistency, and respect for both the studio and fellow riders. If you’re unsure whether you can make it to class, we suggest waiting to book until you’re confident you can attend.
